Refund policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size or colour chosen
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where required under the ACL, offer:

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • A refund

The remedy offered will depend on whether the issue is considered a major or minor failure under the ACL.

Major vs Minor Faults (ACL Explained Simply)

  • Major fault: You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement
  • Minor fault: We may choose to repair, replace, or refund

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Helmets
  • PPE (including gloves, armour, boots, and protective clothing)
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of use
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Proof of Purchase

All refunds, replacements, or repairs require proof of purchase, such as:

  • Receipt
  • Order confirmation
  • Bank or card statement

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • If the return is approved for other reasons (where applicable), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
