Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

If you require shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, or events outside our control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, or industrial action).

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
