Putoline Oil is a Dutch manufacturer and supplier of high-quality oils and lubricants developed specifically for motorcycles, scooters and quads, making Putoline unique. Almost 50 years of experience and continual research allows Putoline to provide cutting edge products. Manufacturing their own products guarantees consistently high-quality motorcycle oils. Putoline Oil, Driven by Technology!

Putoline air filters, based on leading-edge open-cell foam technology, bring users major benefits, including:

1. Improved performance through increased airflow
2. Improved protection through finer filtration levels
3. Substantial cost savings through serviceability and re-use

Fully reticulated (open cell) foam, as used in all Putoline filter products, consists of a honeycomb of tiny, interlocking cells of uniform size.  When treated with specially formulated filter oil, each passageway is like hundreds of very small centrifugal/oil bath filters connected one to another.  In this way, the foam traps and holds the particles throughout the entire volume of foam.

The development of this unique foam represents a major advancement in air filtration technology. As a result, foam air filters, when compared with paper or cotton gauze equivalents, combine great airflow capability, huge dust holding capacity, and very high filtration efficiency for even extremely small particles.

Construction:

Coarse open-pore foam catches airborne dirt, grime and sand.
Fine open-pore inner foam acts as a second filter to trap the smallest particles while ensuring maximum air passage.
Exclusively formulated adhesive ensures glue seams will not break down.
Thick, flat foam, greaseless sealing ring ensures maximum contact with your airbox, while acting as a breathable gasket for increased air passage.
Fused outer and inner elements prevent dirt and grime from being lodged between layers. Trapped particles can restrict airflow. If dirt works it's way into your engine, a pinhead-sized granule will gouge your piston and rings like a bullet.

Fuel pump strainers act as a first line of defence against fuel system contamination. Strainers filter out common contaminants found in gasoline such as dirt, dust and other particulate matter, as well as gasoline varnish. Quantum fuel pump strainers feature multiple layers of strainer media to filter progressively smaller particle sizes. The expanded surface area provides enhanced filtration, extending the life of the fuel pump.

Restricted fuel flow through a clogged strainer causes the fuel pump to work harder, reducing pump longevity. Strainer clogging is among the top causes of fuel pump failure making it important to replace your strainer regularly - before problems arise. We recommend replacing fuel pump strainers in powersports applications once a year as part of a preventative maintenance plan.

Features:

• Designed with gradient density to meet or exceed OE specifications.
• Designed to ensure optimal filtration to prevent fuel system contamination.
• Strainer material tested and validated for capacity and efficiency by accredited third party.

Motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs are used in some of the harshest environments. Dust-filled air, mud, and rain are all conducive to mechanical failure.

The fuel filter is the fuel system's defence against contamination from dirt and dust or particles in pump gas. Over time, your fuel filter will clog as it filters your fuel, restricting flow and causing your fuel pump to work under additional stress that can lead to premature failure.

Replacing your fuel filter is inexpensive preventative maintenance that improves fuel quality and fuel flow and increases the life of your fuel pump. It is recommended to replace the fuel filter every 6-12 months depending on application and usage.

Features:

• Increases fuel flow.
• Improves fuel quality in the engine.
• Reduces stress on the fuel pump.
• Inexpensive preventative maintenance.
• OEM replacement.
• Built to meet and exceed OEM specifications.

The fuel filter protects your vehicle's engine from fuel contaminants such as dust, dirt, and other impurities that build in the fuel tank. Over time, the fuel filter can build up enough debris in the filter medium, restricting fuel flow and fuel pressure. We recommend replacing fuel filters every 32,000km or 2 years for the best protection.

Fuel Filter Failure Symptoms:

• Low fuel pressure
• Poor engine performance
• Hesitation on acceleration
• Failed fuel pump
