Before installing your new Stator:

• Check the AC output of the stator
• Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator rectifier
• Check and repair any melted wiring
• Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors

Our stator might have a different wire color code than your original part.
All the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation; we suggest as close as possible but no less than 0.010"".

Before installing your new Voltage Regulator Rectifier:

Battery condition is extremely important. No voltage regulator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. If there is any doubt, have the battery load tested or replaced.

What is a sintered brake pad?

GOLDfren only manufacturers sintered brake pads that contain metal-ceramic and ceramic-carbon friction materials, these materials allow for less brake dust and a quieter braking experience. Sintered brake pads are made by fusing together metallic particles under high temperature and pressure which enhances friction properties and pad life, resulting in longer life and stronger braking. Carburetor repair kits

• Kits include all of the necessary components to repair a carburetor. ATV models with two carburetors include components to repair two carburetors.
• Kit includes necessary all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat. (Needle jet and other pressed in jets are not included in kit.)
• OEM jet sizes are included in the kit. NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets NBR has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in today’s fuels.
